Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will need to include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at peaksmagic@gmail.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Resocking Fee

It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping cost of a return. Accepted reasons for returns are remorse and defective items.
